To Make a reservation simply click on the 'availability and booking' icon for your chosen property. Then select the dates you require and click the 'Make a booking request' box at the bottom of the availability calendar. You will then be prompted to provide your contact details which El Valle Rentals will use to contact you to confirm your reservation.

Please note that El Valle Rentals does operate a strict privacy policy with regards to any personal details that you may provide.

Each property can be reserved with the payment of £100 deposit. Please click on the availability of your chosen property to make a reservation.

The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival.

A refundable security deposit is required as a bond and will be returned following your stay. £150 for villa accommodation and £100 for appartments. This deposit will be refunded within 14 days from when the property is vacated, pending on an inspection of the property.

A cleaning cost may be payable on arrival in the resort direct to the keyholder. This fee is £70 for villa accommodation. Some properties may have their cleaning costs included in their rental prices. Please refer to your particular accommodation of choice for details of cleaning costs. Extra cleaning is optional should it be required at a cost of £70 per week.
