The property details content is the sole responsibility of the owner of the property who is encouraged to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of the content before the details are produced online.

El Valle Rentals are in no way liable for any inaccuracies or omissions made from the information provided by the owner of the property.

In the interest of achieving a high level of service to holidaymakers, we require all advertisers to be available to respond to e-mail or telephone enquiries.

If an advertiser is away for a period of more than one week, then either a different contact number should be provided or set up an answer phone message to that effect.

El Valle Rentals reserve the right to temporarily remove a property page from the website, whose owner is unreachable for more than 1 week.

El Valle Rentals will endeavour, as far as is practical to ensure that the website is available to the public at all times. However, El Valle Rentals are unable to guarantee 100% website uptime.

In the event of a booking being cancelled by the client then the following rules apply with regards to deposit/balance refunds:-

For bookings cancelled by the client prior to the booking start date, the deposit paid is non refundable.

Any monies paid in excess of the booking deposit will be refunded in full.

In the event of a booking being cancelled internally (i.e. by el valle rentals themselves) then a full refund of all monies paid will be made to the client.

El Valle Rentals reserve the right to determine the design and layout of advertisements.

El Valle Rentals reserve the right to edit copy, or amend layouts and photographs supplied.

El Valle Rentals cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage, resulting from any changes made to photographs or copy supplied by the advertiser.

If El Valle Rentals receives substantial complaints from site users about a specific Property Page misrepresenting the property or its surroundings, including knowingly double booking a property, then we reserve the right to remove the Property Page without notice.

Property advertisers are required to inform El Valle Rentals of any change in availability of their property. Any failure to do so may result in the property advert being removed from the site.

El Valle Rentals does not warrant that the operation of this website will be uninterrupted or error free.

In no event shall El Valle Rentals become liable to the advertiser for any special , consequential, incidental or indirect damages, including lost profits, however caused, on any theory of liability, including but not limited to product liability.
