Located on a fabulous front-line plot overlooking the fourth green, with stunning views overlooking the Jack Nicklaus golf course and up to the mountains.
The villa is superbly furnished to an exceptionally high standard with luxury surrounding you in all rooms.
Outside is no exception, as you will find two L-shaped sofas with coffee tables and a further dinning area with seating for eight people under the pergola, along with sun loungers for soaking up the rays on one of the average 300 days of sunshine per year that this area of Spain is known for.
The villa faces east at the rear and you will be greeted with some stunning sunrises (if you are awake that early) and full sun all day.
Luxury and Comfort
Villa Aurora was designed with comfort and luxury in mind.
With a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe and en-suit bathroom, with whirlpool bath and shower in the Master Suite.
A further two twin bedrooms with large wardrobes and a luxurious shower room.
The lounge and Dining areas exude comfort and luxury with leather sofas, a 42" TV and sky, a cd player and games.
The kitchen has fridge freezer with filtered water and icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob and there is an outside utility area with washing machine and drying area.
Heading Outside
The villa is surrounded by a beautifully tiled terracotta patio area with large private pool, alfresco dining area with table and chairs to comfortably seat eight people, and two BBQ areas.
And a covered conservatory area with twin sofas and coffee tables.
There is also a badminton set and swing-ball game, which can be used on the side patio area.
To the front, there is ample parking area.
There are many facilities to enjoy on El Valle Golf Resort including the obvious golf on the Jack Nicklaus designed course, reputed to be one of the best courses in the world.
There is a gorgeous clubhouse and bar area and a wonderful restaurant.
A supermarket on site and an Irish bar where you can watch sports on the Big Screen.
