£150 refundable security deposit is required as a bond and will be returned within 14 days from when the property is vacated. The refund is pending an inspection of the property.
A cleaning cost of €90 is payable on arrival in the resort direct to the keyholder.

This villa has a set of golf clubs ready for use. Disabled modifications include a walk in shower, disabled ramp and wider doorways. Smoking not allowed, children welcome, no pets allowed, suitable for elderly persons. We will be happy to arrange a welcome pack for your arrival (quote on request) and any other items you may need. Hair dryer also available.
