From the kitchen is a door leading to an outside covered seating area with large table and 6 chairs. The garden has private swimming pool, outside shower, and patio area with plenty of space to sit in or out of the sun. The villa is also close to a childrens play area.
The whole villa is air conditioned and centrally heated.
The resort is security gated with very restricted access.

The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival.
£150 refundable security deposit is required as a bond and will be returned within 14 days from when the property is vacated. The refund is pending an inspection of the property.
A cleaning cost of €90 is payable on arrival in the resort direct to the keyholder.
